WIP, just to show you what will you expect...

THE HEARTLAND

    REVROVIA (Blue)
Divided by the great Odussian plains at East and in a lesser clear way by small deserts at South, Revrovia have mostly a temperate-cold climate.
The old good Revrovia is self-acclaimed "ruler of Erehim", but after the Revrovian war (which involved almost the whole world) they are trying to re-estabilish their former power, but whitout much success.

    ODUM (Dark Purple)
Land of infinite taiga, mountains and nomads, Odum is large but quite unpopulated. Believed to be the sole domain of Odussia, Odum still remain an uncharted lands, where technology often have yet to arrive.

    LEVATERA (Purple)
This cluster of small continents, islands and desert in between of Revrovia and Harida, didn't offer much natural resources, forcin most populations of Levatera to live trough trade and prosper, but when the Otherworld has been discovered, they suffer a slow decline, culminated in the Revrovian War where thy lost almost all their political power.

    ETUMER (Cyan)
People of the desert and the steppes, they created thriving nation on the trade routes and oasis.
Strange enough for a world almost always in conflict, the unhospitable climate, the limited resources, and the distance between nations have keep the continent rather paceful (with exception of the Revrovian War). But in the same way, it keep those nations to truly fluorish.

    SHUI (Red)
Enclosed by the Sikind Chain at South, the Stone Sea Desert at West and the Usty steppes to the north, Shui is an immense green plain cut by small massifs and placid rivers where a mild climate favors the proliferation of large pine and bamboo forests, a real paradise, and if sometimes you find a skull buried in the ground don't worry: it is just one of the 3 billion of corpes that the War of the Five Dragons has left behind.
The War of the Five Dragons was the bloodiest conflict of Erehim, erupted between the Shui Empire, the Confederation of Bayn-Quiat, the Husong Alliance, the Shokaido Empire and the Turmen Khanate: lasted from 2395 to 3051, it finished just because people from other parts of the world were coming and claiming land.
With this dark passage behind, populations of Shui rebuilt cities and nations, bringing the continent to its pre-war glory, now enjoys the biggest economic boom of its history.
The cities reflect the most chaotic part of the economic boom: are huge expanses of urban perched on the coasts or on the riverbanks, often built without any planning policy or respect for the land, from the chaos and social disparity, large criminal gangs and powerful mafias were born, creating a tense situation between mafias and state.

    MADAHA (Orange)
Madaha, is known as "the Land of a Thousand Rivers" all born from the Sikind Chain at North-West, a hot and humid continent, where the rains are frequent and floods a common thing. Where there aren't rivers there are tropical jungles and rugged hills, there are many cenote formed by the erosive effect of rain, bringing to light many caves and underground rivers; during the rainy season these cenote turn into huge tanks of water, not exactly drinkable, but cleaner than that the rivers one.
Cities are usually placed on the hills or on the artificial cliffs or formed by rivers; in the South, where the rivers reach widths of several kilometers, some cities are build over gigantic stilts placed along the riverbanks or sand formations in the middle.
Many great civilizations have developed in Madaha thanks to the abundance of resources and availability of buildable land, but centuries of intensive exploitation of the land has start to affect the population. Now many nations quarrelsome for the last untouched resources, Madaha often is seen in the middle of strife and famine due to the overpopulation of its cities.

    ZE-ANG (Azure)

THE PERIPHERY

    HARIDA (Yellow)
Harida is made by nation which made the deserts, savannahs and jungles their homes. Apparently Harida is a quite unhospitable continent, but beneath it lay a treasure of resources, resources that attracted many greed power during history.
As expected, most of the cities and states are located where potable water is  available, while the rest of the continent is left to nomadic populations and tribes. But modernization reach everywhere, and slowly these population are creating small stable nations which, obviously, clash with older nations, creating a sort of never-ending civil stifes and wars, often fueled by other powers to obtain the precious goods underneath.

    AQU (Lime)
Aqu is more a  thousands of small islands, atolls, archipelagos, volcanic islands and a few smaller continents with a climate that goes from tropical to artic, than an truly continent.
The discovery of Aqu occurred in 3916, bringing with it a massive colonization by the peoples of Madaha, Shaxi and Harida, this created a very heterogeneous population in Aqu and racial/cultural issues like Revrovia, and maybe worse. Each island is roughly equal to a state or city-states, the closest ones are connected by bridge-cities or ocean galleries. Due the scarce usable lands, conflicts in Aqu are very frequent, but often they are reduced to skirmishes between cities or small naval battles that make small or no interest from the more important nations, which conflict are in bigger and devastating scale.
Unique feature of Aqu are the Skylands, flying islands of which has not yet been able to explain how they fly. But this didn't stop pioneers from founding on some of these flying islands cities that serve as airports and commercial ports.

THE OTHERWORLD

    NODER (Green)
Noder ranges from huge boreal forests in the North, in the Center-South there is endless fertile plains, stained by some small butte, to the southern cold deserts, broken by large mesa and deep valleys. Despite its proximity to Revrovia, Noder was discovered by Wiltain "only" 2000 years ago, in the year 3012, due to the violent sea currents of the Middle Ocean preventing safe navigation.
Noder is mainly divided in state-cities or small nations placed close to rivers or important resources and huge nations that control the hinterland, the mesa and the northern mountains, but their effective presence is very weak except in certain strategic areas. Added to this, there are the cities founded by the Revrovian states on the Cold Coast and the island of Auterra during the times of the "Great Migration". These characteristics have led to organized town and cities develop primarily near coasts and rivers, while in the inlands there are villages and towns where the law often is mixed with violence and where criminal gangs or stragglers live in full independence and freedom.
After all, Noder it is ironically referred as "The Free Lands".

    YACATA (Pink)
The exploration of Yacata has always been very problematic: many expeditions were lost and never return in its immense swamps and dark jungles, even satellites have trouble mapping the continent because of the dense fog caused by moisture that looks like clouds from outer space; archipelagos an islands instead offer a more mild tropical climate that favors the growth of many fruit trees, all thanks to the warm currents from Aqu moving to Quixa Gulf.
Yacata's single mountain chain that runs from North to South, the "Giants Belt" (or the Path of Gods as the local call it), is the only major geographical foothold who has to move to the mainland. The cities has been founded only on the coasts, the mountains and the islands, the hinterland is too inhospitable and very few indigenous people can live without too much trouble.
Big cities had developed at the slopes of mountains, coasts and islands, but deep mountainous areas and bigger islands are almost uninhabited and divided between various states and nations on the basis of old agreements while the jungles are controlled by the YJA, an continental authority which sole purpose is to help jungle rural communities and maintain the few roads that cross the territory; the rest is all lawless wilderness where only criminals or those who seek adventure and well rewarded risks dare to live.

    VALOGAST (Dark Blue)
The existance of this land has been known for 9 centuries, but only 4 centuries ago people have actively tried to explore and settle. Valogast is a mysterious land, place where nature defy all the certainty they had so far. Sudden storms, strange animals, unknown flora and Creators ruins that define Valogast are a treasure for scientists, adventurers and sort, but are a nightmare for the settlers that only try to make a day.
